The second of the seven kinds of pranayama exercises that Respected Sri Swami Ramdev advocates is called Kapalabhati Pranayama. Kapala means forehead and Bhati means light. Hence Kapalabhati refers to that exercise which makes the forehead luminous and bright. In this pranayama the breathing in is to be done with normal method, that is usual method but the act of breathing out has to be done with a force. In doing so, the abdominal area makes inward and outward movement. It influences the entire organs in abdominal area.
BENEFITS OF KAPALABHATI PRANAYAMA.
ï¶ Diseases like asthama, respiratory troubles, allergies, sinus, etc get cured.
ï¶ Obesity, diabetes, flatulence, constripation, acidity, diseases pertaining to kidney and prostrate gland get cured.
