Now let us learn about the third breathing exercise that is Bahya Pranayama. This is little difficult to do. You can learn better if you watch the video carefully. It is very effective for diabetes and beneficial in all kinds of abdominal elements. It improves digestion too.
Precautions: Pregnant ladies and person having high blood pressure should not do this pranayama at all. All the pranayama should be done in empty stomach and spine should be erect while doing pranayama.
