BREATHING EXERCISE-3(KAPALABAHATI PRANAYAMA-2)


Kapalabhati Pranayama is very effective in controlling the body weight of a person. It is also called as a natural enhancer of beauty as it controls the accumulation of fat in abdominal area and it also brings natural glow to the facial skin. If done regularly, it relieves constipation, blood sugar is controlled and the blockages in the arteries are also cleared. Peace and stability of mind is secured. No negative thoughts occur. Troubles like depression are cured. It strengthens the intestines and improves digestion. While doing this Pranayama think that while exhaling you are throwing out of your body all negative and injurious elements with mental aberrations like anger, greed, self-ego etc. along with the air exhaled. Like wise, while breathing in, think that you are taking into your body positive thoughts like compassion, love, honesty etc. and filling your body and mind with them.
